He is caged
Locked like a fragile bird
Without flight he contemplates thoughts
Thoughts teeming and wanting
Just waiting break from its chains
A wall impending on him
Moves not permitting an escape
The dark aura holds him
Tight around his waist
And dead silence
Grabs his throat so he can’t utter a word
Then a sound passes by his door
Music he never heard since he can’t remember
Echoes clang his cell
Awakened was his soul
It was a deep slumber
But he felt awake once more
It hums through the cracks
Seeping deep in to his soul
Luster is breaking through his view
Lazy clouds must have parted
For around him is gleaming
Birds has spread their wings
The sun has shed its light
And the wind embraced his body
Like the stars conquering the night
He doesn’t feel sad
He threw away his regrets
Because it’s just silence, his silence
That holds him back
He was in his prison
And he’s escaping
Finally after all this time
